This healthy, caffeine-free beverage can be enjoyed at any time and contains the same nutrients as dates including numerous vitamins and minerals like zinc and iron.
The coffee-like powder should be brewed in a French press for optimum results. It can be served black to savour the natural flavour of the date seeds or infuse cardamom at the brewing stage. Alternatively, it can be served with regular or plant-based milk and a natural sweetener like Bateel’s organic date syrup.
