At the time of purchase, open your app and show your Bateel Rewards QR code. Your code will be scanned, and your points will be added automatically.

When paying, scan your Bateel Rewards QR code to complete your transaction. You can redeem all or part of your points and settle the remaining amount by cash or card.

No, there is no limit on the number of points you can collect.

Points are valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date they’re earned. Points due to expire, will expire at the end of the month.

Yes, Bateel Rewards has three tiers: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Your total spend determines your tier, each level offering additional benefits and faster point collection.

No. Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered user.
