Bateel is not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, customs, or regulatory requirements.

Our products are sold on a delivery duty paid basis. Delivery is free for UAE and KSA.

Any shipment above 7kg will be subject to multiple shipments, i.e. it will be divided into two or more shipments bearing additional cost.
