Grown at levations ranging from 1,760 to 1,975 metres, the beans are naturally processed and lightly roasted to honour the heritage of Arabic coffee.
Specifically roasted for Qahwa preparation, this blend is characterised by its light-yellow roast, offering a delicately malty aroma and sweet, nutty flavour. The result is a cup with a velvety body and a beautifully balanced profile, ideal for traditional brewing methods.
Tasting Notes :Aromatice and refined, with notes of green apple, walnut and hazelnut, balanced by the gentle citrus brightness of grapefruit. Naturally sweet with a smooth, clean finish.
Recommended Preparation: Best suited for traditional Arabic coffee preparation. For optimal flavour, grind just before brewing and avoid high pressure methods.
