Celebrating the festive season ahead, Café Bateel is delighted to host an exclusive home-cooking masterclass through a live video stream. Guests are invited to journey into the gourmet world of Bateel while cooking alongside our Culinary Director, Nicholas Cuadrado, from the comfort of their homes on 12th December 2020.
As the second online culinary experience hosted by Café Bateel, our Festive Masterclass is now open to the public. Guests can win a chance to join our executive Masterclass by entering their details on the following webpage. This Masterclass is limited to 15 participants, exclusively living in Dubai, UAE. The registration period will end on 28th November 2020.
Our head chef has curated a delicious Mediterranean Roast Turkey Ballotine for participants to master. Full of flavour and festive ingredients, the dish is reminiscent of a family holiday meal. A unique experience, guests will learn to cook our French turkey breast stuffed with dates, sage and slow braised pomegranate red cabbage. Served with a rosemary and garlic potato fondant, the dish is finished with a side of brussels sprouts and pine nuts. Not to be deterred, our chef will guide you each step of the way through a live video stream through Zoom.
A box of complimentary, fresh ingredients will be hand-delivered to participants’ homes the day before the event. With a two hour cook time for the turkey, guests can expect the event to begin at 3pm and enjoy their delicious turkey dinner by 6pm. A recipe will also be available prior to the start of the event so that guests can get familiar with the steps or refer back to it should they fall behind during the cooking process.
With social distancing practices in place, we are delighted to continue to offer the Bateel experience through online virtual events. The health and safety of our guests is our top priority. Our fresh ingredients are sourced from reputable producers and are sanitized prior to delivery. All staff undergo regular temperature checks and take necessary precautionary measures against Covid-19.
