At Café Bateel, our signature dishes are curated from authentic recipes using fresh, wholesome ingredients. Some of our signature dishes include our Mediterranean Farro, a hearty soup topped with a medley of warming spices. Guests are also invited to indulge in a crunchy Halloumi and Avocado Bruschetta, enhanced with zaatar, sumac and a silky beetroot hummus. Other delicious mains include our Grilled Salmon & Quinoa which, is topped with fresh asparagus, peas, zucchini and a zesty lemon zaatar sauce.
