Grown in volcanic clay loam soil, under a temperate climate with steady humidity, this coffee reflects the richness of its highland origin.
La Delicia celebrates the heritage of Guatemalan coffee with handpicked Typica Bourbon, and Catuai varietals, processed using the fully washed method to enhance clarity and depth. The result is an elegant cup of coffee that brings together terrior, technique and tradition.
Tasting Notes:Balanced and rounded, offering notes of dark chocolate and toasted hazelnuts, brightened by a delicate hint of pomelo citrus. Smooth in texture with a clean finish, it delivers a flavour journey both comforting and refined.
